Before Ordering please be sure to read the following guidelines carefully and thoroughly!
001. Payments are made through paypal or image accounts only!
002. You must send half the payment first when given the notice, and the other half when your layout is complete!
003. If you are unsatisfied with something let me know and we can work something out.
004. Layout must be up within a week of it being sent!
** If the form is not working, send me an email with the details from the form and any additional information you may want to add!
